Step-by-step implementation process

Planning

We conduct an in-depth analysis of the specific requirements of each country where you operate, ensuring compliance with both local and global regulations.

Analysis

During this stage, a certified consultant together with a team of specialists will analyze all operational and administrative areas of the company to map out each business process and optimize them according to the best global business practices. All information gathered during this phase will be documented and validated by each department of the company.

Configuration

Based on the results obtained during the analysis phase, the consulting team will design a process prototype that will be configured in SAP Business One, taking into account your company’s needs, enabling reports in dollars, euros, yen, and any other currency you require.

Comprehensive testing

Once the configuration is complete, the consulting team will provide the company with a conceptual system test where they can visualize the information and verify that everything works according to business processes and the requested requirements.

Training by departments

At this stage, strategic training will be conducted for each department of the company; 20% will be theoretical and 80% practical, ensuring that company employees learn to use the system effectively and maximize its potential using the best business practices.

Once each phase is successfully completed, the company prepares to launch operations with its new SAP Business One system. Accounting data is uploaded, the system is released to users, and ongoing support is provided after the launch to assist with questions and system management.
